Mallory is a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for supporting individuals through life’s ups and downs. Her background is in child welfare, adoption, early childhood development, substance use disorder and community based advocacy. Mallory’s diverse background has equipped her with a deep understanding of the joys and challenges that come with building and nurturing a family. Through her work she has extensive experience addressing behavior concerns in youth and adolescents, guiding families through difficult life circumstances and empowering individuals toward positive life changes.

Mallory’s approach to therapy is person-centered and strengths based, ensuring each individual feels heard and valued. Her approach encourages the utilization of each individuals’ unique intrinsic motivation for overcoming obstacles. In addition, Mallory has experience growing up abroad, which has created a culturally humble approach to her engagement and an openness in learning from diverse perspectives. In Mallory’s spare time she enjoys running 5k races, going on hikes with her family and drinking coffee.
