Makenzie provides therapy for both individuals and couples who are navigating life’s challenges and seeking meaningful change. Her approach is person-centered, which means she sees you as the expert of your own life and walks alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and respect. Makenzie practices from a neurodivergent-affirming perspective, which means honoring and valuing different ways of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world. Rather than focusing on “fixing”, she works to support acceptance, growth, and self-understanding for neurodivergent client’s and their families.
She believes that growth often happens when we can hold both the hard stuff and the lighter moments, so she weaves humor and humility into her work. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating—sometimes laughter can be just as healing as tears. Whether you’re facing personal struggles, relationship challenges, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, she’s here to help you move forward with compassion and clarity.
Outside the office, Makenzie is fueled by strong coffee, a love of good books, and the joy of spending time with her dog, Dolly.
