Madison Russell is a recent graduate with her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University. Madison was able to have a plethora of experiences that expanded her knowledge and perspective during her Masters program and internships. More specifically, she has experience in community mental health, which has allowed her to connect with individuals and families from all walks of life. Madison deeply values diversity and strives to create an inclusive and supportive space for everyone. She is dedicated to helping teens & adults overcome anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Her therapeutic focus centers on creating a compassionate and client-centered environment, fostering a safe space for transformation and resilience. Madison firmly believes in empowering her clients to conquer obstacles, cultivate resilience, and embrace the endless possibilities life offers. Helping her clients regain control over their life and find peace within themselves and their relationships is extremely important to her. Each client is unique, and she understands the importance of designing personalized treatment plans. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness-Based Counseling, every client has a custom approach to fit their needs. Madison is also an animal lover and believes in the therapeutic benefits of having animals.
