Lora’s practice is about empowering, supporting and asking questions to guide people through their own unique challenges. Lora is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has over 20 years of experience assisting individuals and families in finding meaning and healing in their lives. As a therapist, Lora values and offers collaboration, a nonjudgmental mindset, active listening, validation and a hopeful space.

Lora works with a wide range of mental and behavioral health concerns and uses a variety of therapeutic techniques. A few evidence based approaches are strengths-based, commitment acceptance therapy, systemic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed care and mindfulness-based interventions. Areas of expertise include empowering women, strengthening the inner man, relational issues, life transitions, depression, anxiety, parenting, divorce and family issues. Lora is looking forward to working with adult women and men through virtual and in office sessions.

During Lora’s off times, she enjoys being outdoors camping, hiking and traveling. In the evenings, she enjoys going on long walks with her husband and rescue dog Walter.
