Lizzie Hoff, LPC

Lizzie graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with her Master’s in Counseling and is both a Licensed Professional School Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor. Having worked in Aurora & Denver Public Schools for ten years as a teacher and a counselor, she has a special passion for working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Lizzie works with clients to identify root causes of concerns rather than simply addressing symptoms and uses modalities such as CBT/REBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-focused interventions. In addition, Lizzie often utilizes music, movement, nature, art, and play therapy techniques in order to best address each individual client’s needs. In her free time, Lizzie is pursuing certifications in both animal-assisted therapy and reiki healing.
