I am a Person-Centered therapist who works with individuals of all ages, families, and couples. I believe therapy can work for anyone. If you want to make a simple change or if you are in crisis, therapy can help you work out what you need. My goal is to help people recognize their strengths in order to reach their potential. I have worked with elementary age children in a school setting, with people in crises in the Emergency Department, and with older adolescents and adults in the inpatient psychiatric setting. In my current role, I hope to help people before they require a higher level of care. I enjoy travel, skiing with my family, and snuggling with my dog, Sunday, a “Labradorable.”
