Lindsay provides services to adolescents, adults, families, and couples in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, eating disorders, parenting, and divorce. She feels comfortable working with personality disorders, too. Her therapeutic approach uses modalities based on the unique and specific needs of her clients. She engages through elements of EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and Family Systems Therapy, using other modalities based on the unique and specific needs of her clients.
Lindsay believes every person’s story deserves to be heard and will work to create a space where clients feel seen and safe, implementing a collaborative approach in building therapeutic relationships and empowering clients to pursue changes they want to see.
Her undergraduate education was completed at Utah State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. From the University of Kentucky, Lindsay is working on a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health.
