Lee Stewart, LPC Intern

Lee Stewart (they/them) is earning their masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Idaho State University, meridian. Working with youth and young adults in the LGBTQIA+ community has been a significant interest of Lee’s and a reason for them to enter the mental health counseling field, as they identify as non-binary and queer themself. Lee operates from a lens that is primarily person-centered meaning that they sit with clients as they process, unpack past experiences and patterns and make goals to move towards their values and sit with their emotions. Lee enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, backpacking, skiing and camping and they bring their dog on as many adventures as possible.
