Leah Goodwin, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, is dedicated to helping adults and teens overcome a variety of mental health issues such as stress, grief, relationship problems, eating disorders, substance abuse, gender identity issues, anxiety, and depression. Leah employs an integrative approach using techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness/wellness therapy, and relational cultural therapy. She is passionate about helping people gain insight into themselves to become empowered and heal from issues they are or have faced in their lives. Leah provides a warm and empathic atmosphere that allows clients to authentically be themselves and achieve self-growth at their own pace.
