Leah is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys providing individual and family psychotherapy to children and adults.
While Leah has experience with several different therapeutic approaches she finds it most beneficial to maintain a client centered personalized approach. Leah uses narrative therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches to assist clients with creating a new life story, and targeting specific behavioral changes. Leah uses solution focused therapy to address short term client concerns.
Leah is especially interested in working with clients that have experienced co-occurring medical illness, foster care/adoption concerns, divorce/separation, postpartum concerns, grief/loss, and trauma. She is also trained in psychological first aid. Leah enjoys supporting clients of the LGBTQ+ community.
When she is not at work, Leah loves playing video games, spending time with her family, painting, and going on walks with her pug.
Leah is a clinician at our Virtual Clinic and only sees clients via telehealth.
