Hello I’m Laura. I’ve been helping teenagers and adults get to the root of their triggers and destructive patterns for almost 9 years. I’d love to be your guide to breaking negative patterns and managing your reactions when in a state of stress. Working with me involves educating you on the different ways that your thoughts, emotions, triggers, and body are connected. You will also be provided with techniques to manage your stress more effectively. Some of these interventions are Experiential Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I am bilingual in French/Haitian Creole and English. In my free time, I enjoy meditation, yoga, music, and spending time in nature.
