Lakeshia Terry, MA, Ed.S, LPC, NCC
Lakeshia is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. She attended Grambling State University for both undergraduate and graduate school and completed her Educational Specialist Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Carolina.
Her experience includes providing home visitation, outreach, early intervention, crisis management, diagnostic assessment, behavior modification, case management, supervision, individual, family and group therapy. Lakeshia have supported clients through challenges such as parenting, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-worth, suicidality, self-harm and serious conflict.
She is passionate about her calling, faith, family, friends and making a difference in the lives of others.
Lakeshia prides herself on providing a safe space, being authentic, honest, empathetic, compassionate and versatile. She enjoys uplifting others, meeting them where they are and walking with them to where they desire to be! This is evident in her holistic approach to therapy. “You won’t leave here like you came!”
