Krystle Holliday, Pre-Licensed LPCC

Therapist

Krystle is a child-focused therapist who is passionate about working with children and the family members who love and care for them. Krystle’s approach to therapy empowers caregivers as advocates and uses children’s strengths and interests to support their engagement and growth. Krystle strives to keep things simple and treat every child/family as an extension of her own. Krystle views herself as a partner who will come alongside the family on their journey and will tailor interactions to each client’s needs. While birth to five years is where she is most passionate, she also enjoys working with school-age children.

Krystle likes to practice breathing exercises and emotional check-ins as needed during sessions because she believes when we feel good we are ready to learn and engage. During times when we don’t feel good (and well all have those times) it’s an opportunity to practice taking care of ourselves on the inside so we can be our best on the outside!

Outside of work, Krystle loves hosting events for her family or just being with them in general (they are hilarious!), listening to music, or cooking: working on perfecting recipes or pretending to be on her own cooking show!!
