We all need someone to talk to, someone in our corner, and a judgement free space to be able to share life’s trials and tribulations. As a therapist, Kelly takes a humanistic and down to earth approach, meeting you where you are at in life with empathy and respect. It can be so challenging to find acceptance, prioritize what needs to get done each day, and to fit in the self-care we all need to feel healthy.
Kelly provides individual psychotherapy to adults with a focus on boundary setting, building confidence, women’s issues, life balance, and the LGBTQ+ community. Her treatment approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths based, and solution focused counseling. She is open minded, accepting of others, and truly believes in learning with you and from you to help you reach your personal goals.
Kelly graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work in 2010. Since, she has been in many roles within the mental health arena. These include leadership, client advocacy (as well as self and staff), and as a mental health therapist. When not at work, Kelly enjoys time up north with family, playing softball, and chasing her two little girls around!
