Kayla is a Licensed Master Social Worker who values safety, openness, willingness, and vulnerability within the therapy space. Kayla works with individuals 18 years and older to address mental health challenges such as addiction, depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder. Her goal is to walk with clients through challenging or stigmatized emotions and help to reframe old thinking patterns. Kayla’s experience is informed through her experience as a mental health journalist, artist, and recovery advocate. In her free time, Kayla enjoys oil painting and daily walks in nature.
