Kayla earned her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University and her BA in Psychology from William Paterson University. Kayla has experience in supporting individuals ages 8-88 with diagnoses such as autism, anxiety, and depression. Her passion lies in helping people navigate their challenges and make meaningful changes in their lives.
Kayla is dedicated to making a difference through compassionate care, evidence-based practices, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of those she serves. Outside of her professional life, Kayla enjoys spending time outdoors by traveling, hiking, and camping. She says let’s connect and work together towards a healthier, more positive future.
