Kathleen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who received her Master of Family Therapy degree from Drexel University. She specializes in working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and their families. As a family therapist, Kathleen helps clients understand the problem is the problem; the person is not the problem. This is achieved by exploring generational patterns of communication, interactions, and narratives that help or hinder their quality of life. She is passionate about helping families create safe and trustworthy relationships. She has expertise in trauma-informed therapy, medical family therapy, and working with teens and college students. Kathleen describes herself as a teacher and has been an adjunct professor for 18 years.
