Kaitlin Kroeger, MSW, LCSW

Therapist

Let’s get the boring information out of the way first- Kaitlin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a Master’s of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis. She approaches therapy from an eclectic approach, being person-centered but pulling skills from a variety of theories (CBT, DBT, ACT- to name a few) to meet each client where they are at. All of that is a fancy way of saying she’s definitely qualified to be your therapist! She would be the best fit for you if you like humor and creativity. Her specialties are working with Anxiety Disorders, Depression, ADHD, Trauma, stress, grief, adjustment, relationships and connection, divorce, anger management, and academics. If you also don’t know exactly what is feeling off, but you haven’t felt like your best “you” lately, she is here for that too. She works with humans 18 and older, of any identity. The key to a helpful therapy is feeling connected to your therapist, and she focuses on making each person feel welcome.
