Note from clinician:

As a licensed therapist, I strive to create a warm, affirming, and collaborative space to explore and address the challenges in your life. Whether you are struggling with a life transition, interpersonal/familial conflict, trauma, anxiety, depression, or are simply seeking support, my goal is to help you gain deeper insights into your relationships with others, as well as yourself, to make meaningful changes to your life. To this end, being curious about our past contexts and relating them to our present helps our mind (and body) make sense of our lived experiences and is instrumental. This process allows us to gain insight into our emotions, helping to change unhealthy patterns, leave room for new experiences, and continue moving forward. I have experience working in psychodynamic, mindfulness, and structural family therapy models, as well as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and draw upon each to create a unique approach to meet your needs. Please reach out with any questions.
