Joshua Feldman, LCSW

As a licensed therapist, I strive to create a warm, affirming, and collaborative space to explore and address the challenges in your life. Whether you are struggling with a life transition, interpersonal/familial conflict, trauma, anxiety, depression, or are simply seeking support, my goal is to help you gain deeper insights into your relationships with others, as well as yourself, to make meaningful changes to your life. I have experience working in psychodynamic, CBT, exposure and response prevention, mindfulness, and structural family therapy models, and draw upon each to create an approach that meets your individual needs. I believe that being curious about our past contexts and their relationship to the present helps our mind (and body) make sense of what is currently impacting us. This process allows us to gain insight into our emotions to help us break unhealthy patterns, leave room for new experiences, and continue moving forward.
