Jessica (Jess) aims to create a space where you can bravely learn to survive your suffering, rebuild trust with yourself, cultivate healing and move towards flourishing. Jess uses an eclectic collection of evidenced-based therapy approaches* and a non-anxious presence to model compassion and curiosity until you learn to implement them for yourself. Jess is passionate about supporting survivors of trauma and neglect as well as grief, marginalization, depression, anxiety and all manner of hope-threatening mental health challenges. She is immensely hopeful for you, feel free to borrow some of hers until you have some of your own.

The relationship between therapist and client is sacred and significant. Jess does not take your vulnerability and trust lightly. She is committed to maximizing your time together in order to help you gain insight and confidence to cope and embrace post-traumatic growth.
