Jessica is a compassionate, authentic, and open-minded therapist that works hard to build strong relationships with every human. She uses compassion, humor, and creativity to help her clients feel a sense of belonging, while providing a safe and supportive atmosphere. She truly believes people heal through connection. Jessica believes in working collaboratively with her clients to best support them and their goals.

Prior to joining Ellie, Jessica was a Licensed School Counselor working with adolescents and at-risk youth. Before that, she served as a Mental Health Direct Support Professional working with adults in group homes.

Jessica’s therapeutic approach can be described as strengths-based, person-centered, laid back, and humanistic. Jessica has experience in the following: Adolescent and young adult anxiety, college mental health, depression, stress, life-transitions, and self-esteem issues.

Outside of work, you will find Jessica probably with a cup of coffee, with friends and family, enjoying a good book, and almost always with her golden retriever, Finnegan & her golden-newfie, Maeve!
