Jessica Jafari is a Supervisee in Clinical Social Work completing her final clinical placement. She is enrolled in the Master’s in Social Work program at George Mason University. She has over 4 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Jessica provides services to individuals with ASD, depression, and anxiety. Jessica utilizes play therapy, strength-based, trauma-informed, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Jessica also has experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy when working with children who have autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Jessica is passionate about helping others learn self-compassion and create a kinder, more understanding relationship with themselves.
