Jessica Bloome, LPCC

Clinical Supervisor/Therapist

Jessica specializes in empowering adults through stress management and holistic, evidence-based therapy. Drawing on Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), she guides clients toward self-discovery and transformation, emphasizing growth and healing from a strength-based perspective. Jessica’s mission is simple yet profound: to support clients in reclaiming joy, finding peace amidst chaos, and stepping boldly into the fullness of their lives. She specializes in supporting creative, sensitive (HSPs), high-achieving, and neurodivergent individuals through challenges such as self-doubt, self-sabotage, anxiety, depression, and stress. Jessica’s communication style is informal, compassionate, and non-judgmental, fostering a comfortable space for diverse personalities. Inspired by Buddhist nun, Pema Chodron’s philosophy, she views therapy as a partnership of equals, rooted in shared humanity and personal experience.

Beyond counseling, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family, writing fiction, and exploring alternative health practices and botanical interests.
