Hi! I’m Jenny. I believe individuals are experts in their own experiences so that is why I create a therapeutic space that renders mutual respect and honors personal decision making. My work is informed by my own personal experience with mental health challenges, as well as my love of creativity, animals, and nature. Together, we will identify goals and potential solutions that meet your specific needs.

I use treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT as well as strength-based and mindfulness techniques. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in both individual and group therapy settings. My areas of experience include depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma, emotional disturbance, self-esteem, and general life stressors.
