When life feels heavy or emotionally exhausting, therapy can be a place to slow down, breathe, and gently untangle what’s been weighing on you. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and understood — without pressure or judgment.
I work with adults, older teens, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Whether something is recent or long-standing, we’ll move at a pace that feels right while focusing on practical strategies that help you feel better.
My approach is practical and supportive, grounded in Person-Centered therapy and evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and psychoeducation. Together, we’ll build emotional regulation skills, improve communication, and develop coping tools you can use in everyday life.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Roosevelt University. Outside of therapy, I enjoy time with family and friends, reading, cheering on Chicago sports teams, and relaxing with my cat, Daisy.
