Javonna Hamilton is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, followed by a Master’s of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology. Javonna primarily works with adolescents and adults. She is deeply passionate about trauma work, anxiety and depression, self-discovery, and promoting comprehensive wellness. Javonna uses a compassionate and client-centered approach and strives to create a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can explore their challenges and strengths. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eclectic Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Javonna tailors therapy to meet the unique needs of each client, focusing on healing and personal growth. Additionally, Javonna offers Christian counseling for clients seeking to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process. Through a holistic approach that considers the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and physical well-being, Javonna empowers clients to achieve balance, resilience, and a renewed sense of well-being.
