Jasmine Fortner, LMSW believes in treating the whole person and is passionate about honoring individuals as the expert of their own experiences. Her person-centered approach is rooted in celebrating authenticity, genuineness, and radical acceptance. She has experience working within communities and schools to support a diverse population with varying mental health needs including anxiety, depression, crisis management, ADHD, addiction, ODD, and more. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and their families. She is deeply passionate about addressing childhood needs and is trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) to work with children as young as 3 years old. Additionally, she works with people of all ages to address systemic and individual trauma. Outside of work, Jasmine loves spending time with her dog Zoey, and visiting coffee shops. She can’t wait to meet you and become a part of your support system!
