Jasmin Sanchez, LPC-Associate


Jasmin is an LPC-Associate under the supervision of Janice A. Moran, PhD., LPC-S. She graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a degree in Psychology and pursued her dreams of being a therapist at Tarleton State University where she received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Jasmin is passionate about helping people find their identity, discover their strengths, and decrease anxiety to help improve life satisfaction. Jasmin enjoys working with Hispanic and Latino individuals to decrease stigma and help those who need guidance in cultural identity, boundaries, and relationship issues. She also enjoys utilizing child-centered play therapy (CCPT) when working with children ages 4 to 12. In her work, she uses a person-centered approach with a mixture of Adlerian therapy techniques, rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). She believes individuals deserve a chance to live authentically and enjoys getting to know each individual on their therapeutic journey. Jasmin lives in Weatherford, TX with her husband and daughter.

She enjoys finding new food spots (mostly tacos, Jamaican food, and coffee), listening to music, spending time with her family, and getting loud on the mic at karaoke nights!
