I received my bachelor’s degree from Anderson University in 2012 and master’s degree from IUPUI (now IUI) in 2015. I have spent most of my career providing therapy in a school-based setting for the past 10 years as well as providing telehealth services. I have experience working with children as young as 5 years old and into adulthood. I have specific interest in supporting the LGBTQ+ community. Most common issues I have helped support clients through are depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, ADHD, and adjustment-related concerns. I tend to focus on implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques through a strengths-based and client-centered approach.
