Janet Slater, Counseling Intern

Janet graduated with a master’s degree in clinical mental health from Grand Canyon University. She believes that every person has the capacity for growth, change, and self-discovery. Janet views counseling as a collaborative and empowering process and strives to create a safe and non-judgmental space for children, teens, and adults to explore their thoughts, emotions, strengths, and experiences. When she is not working, Janet enjoys playing video games, reading, spending time outdoors fishing, and spending time with her family.
