Izabella Lidrbauch is a Board Certified Music Therapist, and holds a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Specialty in Music Therapy from Lesley University. Izabella utilizes a trauma-informed, holistic approach to support social-emotional well-being through use of music therapy and the expressive arts, as well as client-centered talk therapy. She has worked with children, adolescents, and caregivers in a wide range of settings, including public schools, inpatient, and residential care, and is passionate about supporting creativity in order to promote individual and community healing. Izabella supports her own mental health and creativity through spending time in nature, walking her dogs, and connecting with others through singing and playing music.
