Isabel works with adults and adolescents struggling with issues such as eating disorders, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, codependency, and/or family conflict. She supports clients through the process of building self-awareness, leaning into their inherent strengths, and developing new skills. Isabel primarily utilizes ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), ERP (Exposure Response Prevention), somatic experiencing, and psychodynamic therapy, and is committed to meeting clients where they are at with compassion, hope, and authenticity. She is a dual Mexican and American citizen and practices in both Spanish and English. In her free time, Isabel enjoys bagel-making, salsa dancing, and glass making!
