Nikki holds a master’s degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and Couple and Family Therapy. Her therapeutic approach is creative and relational. She provides culturally-affirming, attachment-based, queer-affirming, poly-friendly, sex-positive, strength-based and client-centered services. As a clinician, Nikki has enjoyed working with individuals and groups of all ages in community mental health settings, schools, nursing homes, and inpatient hospitals, specializing in children and parents, couples and families, international students, and Asian immigrants. She has experience with a wide range of client concerns including anxiety, depression, communication, self-image, personal growth, neurodivergent experience, racial trauma, relational issues, etc.

Nikki uses trauma-informed and evidence-based theories including Expressive Arts Therapy, Relational/Family Systems Theory, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness. She is excited to connect and co-create healing experiences, utilizing her authentic presence as well as professional knowledge. She works collaboratively with clients to promote long-lasting changes and help clients achieve their goals.
