Heather Good, LLPC

Therapist

My approach to therapy is person-centered, empowerment-oriented, and trauma-informed. I enjoy working with adults and couples as they navigate life changes, challenges, and transitions. My goal is to support and assist clients in achieving deeper self-understanding, self-insight, skills, and well-being in themselves, their daily lives, and relationships. I have advanced training in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic modalities, mindfulness-based Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. As a former yoga instructor and bodyworker, I use my knowledge of holistic health and somatic therapy and enjoy integrating daily wellness practices with clients who are interested in embracing and prioritizing self-care, mindfulness, and healing.
