Hannah is an Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She has eight years of experience working in the mental health field. Hannah has worked in various settings including outpatient clinic, school-based therapy, in-home therapy, community-based mental health, residential, and Telehealth.

Hannah has experience in Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy. She uses humor and creativity to help clients utilize various skills such as mindfulness, reframing negative thoughts, and positive self-talk to reach their goals.

Hannah strongly believes in building an authentic and compassionate relationship with clients that will help lead them to living a happier life. She is passionate and determined to reduce stigma around mental health and is an advocate for making mental health accessible for everyone.

In her free time, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, her cat (Thor), reading, yoga, swimming, playing board games, card games, and video games (being a nerd basically). She also loves watching medical and true crime TV shows!
