Hanna is a genuine therapist who believes in the power of compassionate connection. She has experience helping others become “unstuck” and disrupt unhelpful relational or cognitive patterns. Her clients can expect therapy to be a place where they can bring their authentic selves to engage in collaborative, strengths-based care with the intention to promote their healing and personal growth. She believes in getting to know each individual then personalizing treatment according to their specific needs. She approaches therapy from an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed perspective, and enjoys working with people that identify as LGBT+, BIPOC, and/or older adults. She specializes in working with anxiety, depression, developmental disability, adjustment disorders, and acute and complex trauma.
In her free time, Hanna will often be exploring new places and listening to live music. She is a strong appreciator of all forms of creativity. She also loves playing video games and spending quality time with her loved ones and her dog.
