Grace is a curious therapist who believes that each individual and family has the wisdom and power to lead lives that align with their values. She has experience working with adolescents, families, and individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. Grace is passionate about helping individuals and families build stronger relationships with themselves and others by supporting clients in strengthening their sense of self and empowering clients to utilize their strengths in creative ways.
During sessions, Grace often leans into the therapeutic relationship with clients by demonstrating curiosity about her client’s beliefs, choices and interests. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is a tool in assisting clients to make changes, increase self-compassion and further develop their self-esteem.
Grace is a silly millennial who struggles to part with her skinny jeans and thrives off learning new ways of doing things and new lingo (no cap). She often finds herself going down rabbit holes when learning about something new. In her free time, she enjoys reading (especially in her hammock), walking her dog, youtubing dance tutorials, hiking, kayaking and spending time with family and friends.
