Meet Eva Greenwell our Clinical Director, a compassionate and energetic servant-leader. Eva’s leadership background includes managing teams in the insurance industry and in-patient psychiatric hospitals. This experience has given her a unique perspective on the mental health field and has helped her to develop a strong understanding of the challenges that people face. Eva is passionate about using her skills and experience to help people heal and to live their best lives.

Eva was led to become a therapist by her deep desire to help people. She provides comprehensive psychological care and specializes in crisis interventions, trust recovery, rebuilding relationships, family of origin issues, and emotional support for life’s challenges. Eva’s specializations include individuals (12 years and up), couples, parents, those experiencing challenges in their relationships, crisis intervention, children, couples, and addiction. Eva is Gottman Level 3 trained and certified in Couples in addiction as well as LCDC-I. She uses a variety of techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Gottman therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), and behavioral interviewing. Eva believes in an eclectic therapeutic approach in therapy that is safe and supportive, and a non-judgmental environment that empowers.
