Emily believes deeply in the wellness model of health. If we think of our health as a wheel, we need all aspects (social, physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, occupational, and financial) firing appropriately or we get a “flat tire”.
Emily is also a personal trainer and fitness coach. In her spare time you will never catch her running, but she does enjoy lifting weights and teaching others how empowering physical fitness can be. Some of her favorite hobbies include kayaking, walking her dog, and hiking.
Supporting individuals in their wellness journey has always been Emily’s passion and she is over the moon excited to get started and meet YOU.
