Emily has been working in the mental health field since 2017 and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She comes from a background of community mental health and has worked with children, adolescents, and young adults. Particular areas of specialty include trauma-informed care, LGBTQ issues, substance abuse treatment, and group psychoeducation. She believes that therapy should incorporate nutrition, sleep habits, physical health, interpersonal connection, and spiritual well-being in order to help a person become their best self. Her clients will be met with warmth, openness, and a person-centered therapy style in either individual, couples, or family therapy settings.
