Emily is a therapist who bring her authentic self into session using acceptance, curiosity and humor to meet clients where they are at. She believes in the importance of the relationship between client and therapist, and makes sure that therapy is safe space for everyone. Emily has experience working with individuals and families in a variety of settings, and likes to help people find the skills to conquer life’s challenges. She uses a systemic perspective to address concerns and uses different treatment modalities to meet the individual needs of her clients. Emily knows that coming to therapy is an act of courage and vulnerability, she honors this and walks alongside clients as they work towards progress.
Outside of work Emily can be found spending time outdoors with her two dogs, binging TV shows with her partner and spending quality time with family and friends.
