Emily strives to provide a safe space where you feel supported and can be your authentic self. Her aim is to help you gain insight, reach your goals, and improve your well-being. Emily has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, major life transitions, ADHD, and OCD. She uses an integrative approach, incorporating person-centered, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and play-based therapy techniques.

Emily is also passionate about helping to reduce the mental health stigma in the Asian American community and bringing awareness to mental health in sports.

In her downtime, Emily enjoys spending time with her friends and family, watching professional sports (mainly rugby, football, & basketball), and staying active.
