Emily Ellis, MA

Therapist

Emily holds a Master’s degree in Art Therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA, and has extensive experience as a talk and expressive arts-informed therapist. She infuses her work with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity.

Emily seamlessly integrates the arts into therapy sessions, aiding clients in exploring meta-verbal communication for symptom management, emotional processing, and self-care, bypassing the need for initial verbal expression.

With a deep respect for client autonomy, Emily sees herself as a healing facilitator on their journey to wellness, embracing a person-centered, strengths-based approach. Specializing in grief and bereavement, Emily draws from diverse experiences in child and family bereavement centers across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Outside of her practice, Emily finds joy in creating art, immersing herself in nature, and staying active.
