Ellen focuses on building strong relationships. With a warm, non-judgmental attitude, she helps clients to understand their needs and strengths and to achieve their goals. Ellen has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Framingham State University and works with adolescents and adults struggling with depression and anxiety as well as problems with relationships, parenting, school, work and major life changes. She has extensive experience helping adolescents and adults understand their learning disabilities and helping their families to give them the support they need. Ellen draws from a broad range of therapy styles including humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral therapy. She is an LGBTQ + ally and provides a safe space for clients to explore all aspects of their identity.
