Elizabeth is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University. She believes that people are social beings striving for connection, validation, and belonging. Trust, openness, and mutual understanding are essential for the therapeutic alliance and successful outcomes in treatment. Her goal is to provide a safe space for clients to process through their life stressors, trauma, grief, as well as their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Elizabeth has clinical experience in diverse settings including group homes, outpatient clinics, partial care programs, in-home, school settings, and private practice. She has therapeutic experience working with Autism, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, Bipolar/mood disorders, grief, attachment issues, relationship problems, and family conflict. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Adlerian therapy, complemented by techniques from cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, client-centered (humanistic), and play therapy modalities.
