Drew brings his authentic, goofy self to sessions and encourages clients to bring their authentic selves as well. Drew believes in meeting clients where they are at, and strives to cultivate a safe space for his clients where he walks alongside them as they tell their story. Using a person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and strengths-based approach, Drew validates and empowers clients to identify and use their inner strengths to work through life’s challenges, heal from painful experiences, and grow into the best version of themselves.
Drew is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. He enjoys working with clients of all ages and in all walks of life, but is most passionate in working with adolescents and adults. Drew’s clinical experiences include working in an outpatient setting, as well as in a high school with individuals and families of all ages. Much of his experience has been working with adjustment difficulties, mood disorders, anxiety and depression, family and relationship challenges, and trauma.
In his free time, you can find Drew rooting for the Minnestoa Vikings and Minnesota Wild, on the golf course, spending time with his family, and listening to 80’s rock.
