Dominique was born and raised in Colorado and received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado, Denver. Dominique has been working in community mental health since 2017 as a Peer Support Specialist, working with adults experiencing severe and persistent mental illnesses, homelessness, trauma, and substance use. Dominique’s therapeutic approach combines Person Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Multicultural Counseling. Overall, Dominique’s approach is tailored to each individual, weaving together these diverse modalities to support holistic growth and self-discovery. Dominique believes that by bringing our authentic selves into the room, deep healing is possible. In her free time, Dominique loves to travel and listen to live music.
