Elle is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker who approaches the therapeutic relationship with a compassionate, inviting, and inclusive nature. Elle is experienced in working with adolescents and adults experiencing concerns related but not limited to life transitions, perinatal/postpartum mental health, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, grief and/or trauma, and conditions related to neurodiversity.
Elle recognizes the importance first and foremost of the client-therapist connection; thus, clients who work with Elle can expect her to focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship where they will feel accepted and heard. She often approaches her work with clients through a psychodynamic and existential lens, but integrates different treatment modalities to fit each client’s needs. It is Elle’s goal to ensure that her clients feel welcomed, empowered, and valued when they show up as they are, knowing that she will meet them where they’re at as they pursue growth and healing.
Elle’s interests outside of her work include learning about sustainability and ecology, spending time outdoors, walking her Great Dane along one of Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes, going through the emotional rollercoaster of being a Minnesota Viking’s fan, and relaxing with a wholesome nature documentary or suspenseful true crime documentary with her cats by her side.
