Daniel is a licensed master social worker with over 10 years of experience helping individuals and families overcome a variety of challenges including OCD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, phobias, and grief and loss. He received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Social Work degree from Western New Mexico University. He brings with him a variety of experiences including outpatient clinics and residential facilities. Daniel is passionate about working with children, teens and adults and supporting them in understanding and coping with the challenges they face by utilizing a variety of evidence based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Exposure Response Prevention. Daniel utilizes a strength-based approach to help clients manage symptoms, improve quality of life and well-being and generate and sustain positive change.
