Dallas (she/her, they/them) studied at Arcadia University to earn master’s degrees in Counseling Psychology and Public Health. She believes that the individual and environment affect us all and contribute to our mental health and wellness. She draws from several modalities including humanistic, feminist, mindfulness, and cognitive behavior therapy to help you identify what you want to better understand about yourself, to heal, and change in your life. Dallas loves to work with children and their families, the LGBTQIA + community, women, and those who are grieving. Dallas believes that physical and emotional safety are the foundation of mental wellness and wants to help you experience that in therapy. Dallas is a native of Chester County and unequivocally roots for all Philly sports teams. She is a lifelong equestrian and dog enthusiast who is tolerated by her cat most of the time.
